We can customize a menu for your next event — even if we don’t currently have it on our menu! Our experienced chef can make anything you desire.
Our catering services include corporate events, weddings and private parties with a wide delivery area! We can cater all over South Florida!
We are experienced caterers and we love to do events, fairs and festivals! Our “Festival Food” includes Jerk Chicken, jerk Pork, Festival, patties and more. We can do anything fried or grilled to your event needs!
Booking the Food Truck - How it Works?
Mr Mack Island Grill Food Truck food truck is unique among other local food truck concepts. Our menu is prepared fresh from scratch each day in fixed quantities at our commercial kitchen, then served from our mobile unit. Many of our authentic recipes take days to prepare and hours to cook. We do not cook to order on board our food truck.
Because of our unique concept, we evaluate food truck booking requests on a case by case basis. General requirements include:
- Minimum 05 business days advance notice
- Non-refundable $250.00 deposit to secure date
- General requirements subject to change & additional terms may apply
