We cater weddings, birthday celebrations, corporate events, family gatherings and holiday parties.
During a buffet style, the meal is served from designated area and guests are invited up to the buffet to be served an assortment of dishes.
During a plated dinner, guests are seated at assigned tables (or often seats) and served individually by our service staff.
During an on-site, guest are asked to go up to our truck and and order their personalized plate.
